The Great Lakes Region is one of seven in the Engineers Without Borders- USA (www.ewb-usa.org) organization. EWB-USA began at a single university, but the program & its ideals have blossomed into a collection of professional & student chapters nationwide. The EWB-USA, Great Lakes Region is comprised of all chapters (student & professional) in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, & Kentucky. The region serves as a contact between the national organization & its member chapters. It also has the goals of facilitating communication and fostering partnerships between member chapters & promoting awareness.

The Region is administratively governed by the Regional Steering Committee. A key aspect of the Steering Committee is the State Representatives. The State Reps are our way of keeping a direct path of communication open for chapters.  If you are a chapter and you having talked to your State Rep in a while shoot them an email! The Region Steering Committee can only function as well as it’s dedicated members. So, if you are interested in becoming involved at the regional level in any of the positions please contact Scott Hammond or any of the individuals listed below.
